Club Caisse “Save & Win” Contest - Rules and Regulations
Contest duration
A prize will be awarded the last Friday of every month at 4:00 pm, between October 1st, 2008 and September 30th, 2009.
Who is eligible
Contest is open to all Manitoba Caisse members, 17 years and under, who are a Club Caisse member at school or at any participating Manitoba Caisse.
Conditions
To enter for a chance to win one of the prizes, you must:
- be a Club Caisse member and be 17 years old or less
- make a minimum of one deposit per month at one of the participating Manitoba Caisses or through the Club Caisse program at school
- complete the entry form on the www.caisse.biz website which you can access by clicking on the Club Caisse icon.
Limit one entry per Club Caisse member per day.
How to become a member of Club Caisse
If you are 17 years old or less and you are a Manitoba Caisse member or if you participate in the Club Caisse program at your school, you are automatically a member of Club Caisse.
Prize information
Prizes will vary from month to month. Visit the www.caisse.biz website to view the prize of the month.
Selection of winners
Winners will be randomly selected from the Club Caisse « Save & Win » entry forms which were completed on the website and received before 4:00 pm on the last Friday of the month.
General rules
Random draw will take place at the offices of La Fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The winner will be contacted by his or her Caisse. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days or if for any reason the entrant declines the prize or cannot be awarded the prize, another contest entry will be randomly selected until the prize has been awarded. A Caisse employee will notifiy the winner by telephone and inform him or her of the method by which he or she may collect his or her prize.
Contestants must comply by these rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the contest.
La Fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba reserves the right to terminate the contest should events beyond its control prevent the pursuit of this contest. In such case, La Fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba will not be held responsible.
The contest is only open to Club Caisse members as offered by the Manitoba Caisse network.
The winner can choose to accept the awarded prize or an amount of $100 in cash. If he or she chooses the prize, it must be accepted as awarded and may differ from images shown on promotional material. The prize may not be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash.
Decisions of the contest administration are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of the prize. The contest is administered by La Fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba, 200- 605, Des Meurons Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2H 2R1.
By entering the contest, the winner and a parent or tutor consent to the use of his/her name, address and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by La Fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba and/or its advertising agency without further compensation. If required, the prize winner along with a parent or tutor must consent to having his/her photograph being taken for such use without further compensation.
The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal law. La Fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba is not responsible or liable for: any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest; any error, omission, interruption deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-lines systems, server or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or problems of entrants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, at any web site or combination thereof including injury or damage to participants on any other person's computer, related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest, or any late entries. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection or computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of La Fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba which, in its opinion corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, La Fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest by publication of a notice at this web site.
