Access your transactions online is Desjardins' online application which allows you to administer your VISA Desjardins account and to see your last transactions from everywhere at anytime* by using the internet.
Prerequisites
Before you can access your VISA Desjardins card's transactions online for the first time, you must:
1- Be a VISA Desjardins card holder
(to request a card, click here)
and
2- be registered to AccèsD and have obtained your 16 digit virtual card number and your temporary password
To register for AccèsD and obtain your virtual card number
and your temporary password, call 1-877-224-7737
and enter code 61 when requested.
First log-on to
Follow these steps for your first log-on to AccèsD:
1- Enter your virtual card number obtained upon registration
to AccèsD
2- Enter your temporary password obtained upon registration
to AccèsD
3- Read and accept the terms of use
4- Enter and confirm your new personal password
5- Create a personal phrase
6- Memorize an image
7- Choose three questions and enter a short answer for each
8- Confirm your settings
9- Change your security settings if desired

Subsequent log-on to
Follow these steps for subsequent log-on to AccèsD:
1- Enter your virtual card number obtained upon registration
to AccèsD.
2- The system will display a screen containing your image and your
personal phrase to confirm that you are on the actual
AccèsD site and not on a fraudulent site.
3- Enter your password only if the image and your personal phrase
are identical to what you have previously chosen. If one of the
elements is missing or incorrect, never enter your password.
4- If you try to log on to AccèsD from a different location, the system
will display a screen where you will be asked to answer one of
the questions you have previously selected during your security
settings. This will allow AccèsD to verify your identity. You must
answer the question to have access to your accounts.
