Effective May 1, 2020, cheque images will only be available for viewing online via e-Caisse and through the Caisse mobile app. We will no longer be printing the cheque images (does not include commercial accounts).
As always, all your transactions are still viewable on your monthly statement and so will still see that a cheque was processed and the amount. We have implemented this change in an ongoing effort to be more ecologically responsible. Currently, we print over 15 000 cheque images per month which translates into well over 180 000 sheets of paper per year.
