How to go Paperless
Let’s go paperless! First, you’ll need to have access to e-Caisse, our Online Banking Service. If you don’t already have access, please contact your Caisse Branch and we will gladly get you set up.

– Login to e-Caisse.
– Click on the tab “Statement”.
– At the bottom of the page, click the box “Authorization to discontinue paper statements”.
– Click “Accounts requiring one signature”.
– Click “Agree”.
Accounts requiring more than one signature
– Login to e-Caisse.
– Click on the tab “Statement”

– Print the form and have all the authorized signers sign the form

|We advise against giving your e-Caisse login information to your Accountant or anyone else because this gives them full access to your accounts including transfers. We recommend saving a PDF version of your statement and send it to whomever you’d like to share the information with.|
|Yes, your Power of Attorney (POA) can have full access to your account on e-Caisse. Please contact your local Caisse Branch for all the details.|
|YES! The sign-up process for these types of accounts does requires an extra step: Just print out the Discontinue Paper Statement Agreement form (CP801(05-2020)) from e-Caisse. All signers on the account have to sign and you will have to return it to your Caisse Branch.|
|In an effort to go green and be more ecologically sensitive, a $3.00 fee will be applied to paper statements starting with October 2021 statements.

|Yes. Commercial and agricultural accounts have access to online statements.|
|There are two conditions in which members are exempt from paying the paper statement fee:
1. If you hold a Golden Account before October 1, you will be grandfathered in to not having to pay fees for paper statements. We still encourage you to make the switch to paperless statements, as it is better for the environment, efficient and a safe way to access your personal information.
Please note that if your account is changed to a Golden Account past the date of October 1, 2021, you will no longer qualify for this exemption and be charged the $3.00 fee for future paper statements.
2. All Caisse registered products (RRSP, TFSA, RRIF) paper statements will be exempt from the $3.00 fee for all account types.
|The contest is open to Caisse members who are age of majority and reside in reside in Canada at the time of contest close on August 25, 2021. The member's account must be in good standing. The Contest excludes employees, as well as members of their immediate families (i.e., father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common-law spouse, and any individual with whom such employees, agents and representatives reside.|

How far back can I view my monthly statements? / For how long are my monthly statement stored on e-Caisse?
|Currently there are 24 months' worth of statements that are accessible via e-Caisse.
If you require a copy of statements that are no longer available through e-Caisse, please contact your local Caisse Branch and we will gladly print the statements that you require. (Fees may apply).

|Your account statements contain very sensitive and confidential information. Paper statements that are sent by mail can be stolen at any point on its journey to you, including your mailbox or garbage/recycling.|
If the system is down for an extended period and I don’t have access online will I have to pay to get my statements printed?
|No. If there is a system delay and you require a copy of your statement immediately. Please contact your Caisse Branch for assistance.|

1. CONTEST PERIOD
This Contest runs from April 12, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. to Aug 25, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. (CDT) (the “Contest Period”).
2. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
To enter the Contest participants must select the “Go Paperless” option for all of their accounts at Caisse Financial Group that provide this option (“Eligible Accounts”) during the Contest Period.
Eligible members who are “Go Paperless” option as of closing during the Contest Period for all of their Eligible Accounts will automatically earn one (1) entry into the Contest (an “Entry”). There is a limit of one (1) Entry per eligible client regardless of the number of Applicable Accounts held by the member. In order to be eligible to win the Prize, a selected entrant must remain paperless on all Eligible Accounts throughout the Contest Period and up until the draw has occurred.

3. WHO CAN ENTER
To be eligible, individuals must be i) legal residents of Manitoba; ii) be the age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside by the start of the Contest Period. The Contest excludes employees, agents and representatives of Caisse Financial Group or of subsidiaries of the Caisse or any other person directly related to the administration of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families (i.e., father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common-law spouse, and any individual with whom such employees, agents and representatives reside.
4. THE PRIZE
There are four (4) prizes (the “Prizes”) consisting of a $500 cheque made payable to the confirmed winners. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part if all or any of the components of the Prize are unavailable with another prize of equal or greater approximate value. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem any or all of the Prize, due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor, its employees, representatives, agents and all parties associated with this Contest, no compensation or substitution prize will be provided. Any costs or expenses incurred by winners in claiming or using their Prizes will be the responsibility of the winners.
5. CONTEST DRAW
A random draw will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period at or about 2 pm CDT August 25, 2021, at Caisse Financial Group’s offices, 205 Provencher Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2H 0G4. The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The selected entrant for the Prize must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone by a representative of the Sponsor to make arrangements for administering the skill-testing question. If a selected entrant for the Prize cannot be reached by telephone within seven (7) days of the draw date, or if, for any other reason the Prize cannot be awarded, another contest Entry will be randomly selected from amongst all remaining eligible Entries and so on, until the Prize has been awarded.
For the Prizes to be awarded, the selected entrant must sign and/or agree to a Declaration and Release that may include, without limitation, authorization for the Sponsor and its agents to announce and publish the selected entrant’s name, address (city and province/territory only) and/or photograph or image or other likenesses, without further compensation, at any time and from time to time, in any future publicity. Once a selected entrant has successfully answered the skill-testing question, completed and returned the Declaration and Release by the prescribed time, and the Sponsor has confirmed that all other eligibility requirements have been met, including that the selected entrant has remained paperless on all Eligible Accounts throughout the Contest Period and up until the draw has occurred, she/he will be confirmed as the winner and arrangements will be made for the awarding of the Prize.
7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judging organization, if any, which are final and binding without right of appeal on all matters relating to this Contest. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries will not be acknowledged, and no correspondence will be entered into except with potential winners. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all entrants who fail to comply with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations or who make any misrepresentation relating to the Contest, drawing and redemption of any Prize.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and its and their directors, officers, employees, advertising and promotional agencies affiliated with this Contest, participating establishments and any independent contest judges appointed by Sponsor from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including, but not limited to, illness, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof (including any travel/activity related thereto). This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties.
The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any failure of email during the Contest or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email, on-line, or Internet entry to be received by the Sponsor. In addition, the Sponsor shall not be responsible for technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion (subject only to applicable laws, including without limitation, any laws or regulations under the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Regie”), to cancel, suspend, extend or modify this Contest without notice, obligation or liability if in the Sponsors’ opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, force majeure or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or integrity and proper play of the Contest, or for any other reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In such a case, Sponsor may select the winner(s) from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations.
The Sponsor shall not be responsible in any way for the use of, or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to, the Prize awarded in this Contest or the events forming part of this Contest, including but not limited to typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, the selection and announcement of winners or the distribution of the Prize. The Sponsor and its affiliates, and its and their officers, directors, partners, partnerships, principals, representatives, agents, licensees, successors and assigns (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize, (ii) disclaim any implied warranty or condition, and (iii) are not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, travel-related thereto or otherwise from participation in this Contest.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and the terms or statements contained in any short-form Contest rules, advertising materials and/or the French version of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, the terms and conditions of these English Official Contest Rules and Regulations shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Manitoba without regard to Manitoba conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Manitoba.
