We’re currently looking for people to fill the following position in: Iles des Chenes / Winnipeg (Lakewood)

More about the position

You are a leader who aims to coach and develop a team of employees and ensure your branch is committed to providing quality service to our members while hitting profitability and growth targets. Reporting to the Director, Branch Services, you will be responsible for daily operations of your branch, ensuring all activities follow defined policies and procedures. Additionally, you’re a lead ambassador to our members and the community at large, always working to maintain and improve Caisse’s image through your branch’s activities.

What you bring:

  • At least 5 years of financial services, investment and consumer lending experience at a Caisse,
    Credit Union or bank
  • Experience leading a team would be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent sales capabilities that extend to motivating your team to meet or exceed targets
  • Ability to work with Caisse’s executive team to deliver on strategic goals, including the need to
    cross-sell products and services
  • Desire to participate in community activities
  • Ability to spot sales and business opportunities
  • Ability to supervise training and motivate employees to meet individual member goals
    as well organizational objectives
  • Personal commitment to continuous improvement and professional development both for the
    people you manage and for yourself
  • Good, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in French and English is required, both written and verbal (intermediary is fine)
