There are no fees for online statements.

Login to Online Banking and follow the steps below:

Accounts requiring only one signature

  1. Click “Statements”
  2. At the bottom of the page, click “Authorization to discontinue paper statements”
  3. Click “Accounts requiring one signature”
  4. Click “Agree”

Accounts requiring more than one signature

  1. Click “Statements”
  2. At the bottom of the page, click “Authorization to discontinue paper statements”
  3. Click “Accounts requiring more than one signature”
  4. Print the form and have all the authorized signers sign the form.
  5. Return the completed form: in person to your branch, by fax to 1.204.285.3305 or by email to admcentres@caisse.biz

If you do not have access to Online Banking, contact your branch.

Upon receipt of your request, you will immediately stop receiving your paper statements.

Your online statement will be available on the first day of the month.

Your online statement will look exactly the same as your paper statement and will include the digital images of your cheques.

You can access your statements for the past 12 months.

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Click on “Statements”
  3. Scroll down and select the month you would like to view
  4. Click “View online statement”

 

  • To print your online statement:
  1. Open the online statement
  2. Click “File” and then “Print”

 

  • To save your online statement:
  1. Open the online statement
  2. Click “File” and then “Save as”
  3. Save your statement in the folder that you wish

You can choose to return to paper statements at any time by contacting your branch.

  • Your online statement can only be viewed by logging into Online Banking with your secure password.
  • Online statements cannot be lost in the mail or stolen from your home mailbox or trash compartment.
